Phylogenetic analysis of the concatenated ITS+ rDNA sequences of Pharyngostrongylus spp. from various host species and geographical locations. The sequence data were analysed using the Neighbour-Joining (NJ) and Bayesian Inference (BI) methods. There was a concordance between the topology of the BI tree and the NJ tree (not shown). Nodal support is given as a posterior probability of BI. Cloacina ernabella was used as the outgroup. Scale-bar indicates the number of inferred substitutions per nucleotide site.
