Nitric oxide production was measured after 48 h in cell-free supernatants by Griess reaction (a). The iNOS expression was evaluated after 24 h in cell lysates by Western blot (b). The expression of iNOS and β-actin were determined by densitometry analysis of the bands. Results are presented as a percentage of the control, which corresponds to unstimulated cells (c).
