Phylogenetic analysis of partial nematode18S sequences (508 bp) obtained from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded CNS tissues of various ruminants. Tree was constructed using the maximum likelihood method and the evolutionary distances computed using the Kimura 2-parameter method. Bootstrap values ≥ 50% are shown above the branches.
