In vitro effects of glycosides and aglycones on cultures of different Leishmania species. Parasite numbers were measured 72 h after the addition of test compounds (other conditions as in Fig. 4). Glycosides and aglycones were tested on Leishmania amazonensis (a), L. braziliensis (b), L. infantum (c) and L. mexicana (d).
