Expression pattern clustering from RNA-Seq analysis of 2363 DEGs in the intestine of cats infected with T. gondii. Differentially expressed, co-regulated genes from adjacent stage pairwise comparisons were analyzed using k-means clustering. The identified DEGs were grouped into 6 clusters based on the similarity of their expression. The six clusters are shown in a graphical format based on the pattern of expression at different time points after infection. The X-axis represents time points after infection and the Y-axis indicates the relative gene expression
