Expression pattern clustering from RNA-Seq analysis of 2363 DEGs in the intestine of cats infected with T. gondii. Differentially expressed, co-regulated genes from adjacent stage pairwise comparisons were analyzed using k-means clustering. The identified DEGs were grouped into 6 clusters based on the similarity of their expression.
