Inhibition of C1q-induced chemotaxis of THP-1-derived macrophages by peptide P2. THP-1-derived macrophages were added to the upper chamber of a 24-well-transwell. LPS (100 ng/ml), C1q (10 nM) and C1q with various doses of peptide P2 (0, 2, 4 and 6 μg), BSA (6 μg), or TsPmy (6 μg) were added into the lower chamber.
