Protein levels were expressed as exponentially modified protein abundance index (emPAI) values, while RNA expression levels are shown as fragments per kilobase of exon per million reads mapped (FPKM) values. Protein amounts of iL3 were compared with RNA expression levels at three different time points (uninduced and 1 or 5 days after induction)
