Cellular localization of mAb-recognition molecules. Non-permeabilized or Triton X-100 permeabilized (0.2%) trophozoite cells of E. histolytica, E. moshkovskii and E. dispar were stained with representative mAbs by immunofluorescent assay. The bound mAbs were tracked by fluorescein isothyocyanate (FITC)-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG antibodies and observed under confocal microscopy (LSM 700; Carl Zeiss). Scale-bars: 10 µm
