RHcyst-1 shows no effect on LPS induced BMDC maturation. BMDCs obtained from bone marrow monocytes culture for 9 days were stimulated with LPS (1 μg/ml) alone or in combination with RHcyst-1 (1.8 μM) for 18 h. Cells were collected and stained.
