Effect of EPR, MOX or IVM on mite appearance at digestion periods. Engorged mites in control or treatment groups were collected and observed by stereomicroscope on 12 h (collection) after infestation. Several mites were randomly selected from the surviving mites and observed on Day 1 (1d), Day 3 (3d) and Day 5 (5d) after collection, and the appearance and blood changes of one mite were observed carefully.
