Unsupervised multivariate analysis of the global metabolic changes in the cerebral cortices of mice. Partial least squares projection to latent structures discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) score plots of the first two principal components (PC1 and PC2) showing the effect of infection on the metabolic profile of cerebral cortices at 7, 14 and 21Â days post-infection (dpi).
