Note: The genetic diversity of the MHC class II DQA gene exon two was analyzed by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method with Mbo II enzyme. χ² test showed that the restriction enzyme cutting site for Mbo II reached the Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium in two breed groups (P > 0.05)
