Relative expression of multiple cytokines in goat PBMCs stimulated by rHcMTF-12. Cells were incubated with rHcMTF-12 for 48 h, and the mRNAs encoding IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, TGF-β1 and IFN-γ were quantified by real-time PCR. The significant level was set at *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001 compared to the untreated group (control).
