Morphological changes of Echinococcus granulosus following In vitro treatment with tetraspanin1 (EgTSP1)-specific dsRNA. Different development stages, protoscoleces (PSC, left column), one-proglottid worms (SW1, middle column) and three or more proglottids worms (SW3, right column) were treated by the dsRNA using electroporation (a, b, c), and electro-soaking (d, e, f) as compared to the irrelevant dsRNA (g, h, i) and untreated controls (j, k, l).
