From: Real-time RT-PCR assay to detect Granada virus and the related Massilia and Arrabida phleboviruses
Phylogenetic tree based on 200 nucleotides of the partial L segment of the phleboviruses detected in the Balearic Islands (Spain). The phylogenetic tree was constructed using Neighbor-Joining method analysis with 1000 bootstrap replications. Sequence information correspond to virus, country detection, year, host and GenBank accession number. The sequences of viruses detected in this study are indicated in bold. The GenBank accession number are MN894575 (MB202) and MN901504 (MB173)
