Impact of IL-33 on cell recruitment and histological response in the spleen of B6 mice during infection with L. donovani. The total number of B lymphocytes (a), CD4+ T cells (b), CD8+ T cells (c) and NK cells (d) were quantified by flow cytometry, in mice treated or not with rIL-33 and in IL-33 KO mice.
