Phylogenetic relationships of E. bieneusi genotypes identified in this study and known genotypes published on GenBank inferred using the Maximum-Likelihood method. Genetic distances of the ITS sequences were calculated using the Tamura 3-parameter model. The numbers above the branches are bootstrap values from 1000 replicates.
