In vitro activity of mefloquine (MEF) (a), tafenoquine (TAF) (b), primaquine (PRI) (c) and methylene blue (MB) (d), alone or in combination with artesunate (ARS), against Babesia bovis. Drugs were combined in equimolar concentrations, except for methylene blue where the proportion for each well was 25:1 ARS:MB. Results are expressed as % of growth (mean ± standard deviation) at each drug concentration in relation to wells without drug (100% growth) after 4 days of culture.
