Analysis of the cellular immunity of vaccinated and control BALB/c mice before, 3 weeks, and 8 weeks after last vaccination. IFN-γ (a–c), IL-5 (d–f), IFN-γ /IL-5 ratio cytokines (g, h) after stimulation with L. tarentolae-LACK/KMP11/EGFP, L. tarentolae/EGFP (before challenge) and L. major F/T antigens (3 and eight 8 after challenge) were evaluated by ELISA. All cytokines are represented as the mean ± SD in pg/ml in each bar. Statistical analysis of the data was performed with Mann-Whitney U-test (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.001, ***P < 0.0001; ns, non-significant)
