Molecular phylogenetic analysis of rpoB sequences of Acinetobacter spp. The rpoB sequences of Acinetobacter spp. were aligned using the CLUSTALW method and evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA7 software using the Maximum Likelihood method based on the Tamura-Nei model. There was a total of 262 positions in the final dataset. Species in bold are those identified in this study
