Comparison of Ae. aegypti Rps17 gene detection in serially diluted cDNA and individual tissue samples using bCUBE and laboratory standard real-time qPCR. Correlation coeffient was calculated for serially diluted Ae. aegypti cDNA using Rps17 (a). The bCUBE qPCR Ct values are plotted on the x-axis while standard qPCR Ct values are plotted on the y-axis.
