Temperature optimisation of G. truncatula LAMP assay. This was determined by undertaking a LAMP assay (a) and confirmation of results of the LAMP assay products using agarose gel (2%) electrophoresis (b). Temperatures ranged between 60.4–64.7 °C of 34.9 ng/μl G. truncatula genomic DNA extract sample concentration.
