Detection of total and specific Ig isotypes in intestinal tissue extracts during the early phase of T. spiralis infection. Total Ig concentrations were determined by commercial ELISA kits whereas levels of specific Igs were determined by an in-house ELISA. Results were expressed as concentration or OD mean ± SD.
