Phylogenetic tree constructed with the complete amino acid sequences of TRAP family members in B. bigemina together with paralogs and orthologs of closely related species. Plasmodium falciparum thrombospondin-related anonymous protein amino acid sequence was used as an outgroup. The tree was inferred using the maximum likelihood method. Bootstrap values after 1000 pseudo replicates are shown at each branch point
