Phosphatidylserine externalization in BME26 cells exposed to either viable or thermo-inactivated R. rickettsii. Noninfected BME26 cells (control) or cells exposed for 48 h to either viable or thermo-inactivated R. rickettsii were treated with 400 nM staurosporine.
