Effect of p38, JNK and ERK inhibitors on the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in RAW 264.7 cells stimulated by CsMF6p/HDM. a RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated with different concentration (5 or 10 μM) of JNK inhibitor (SP600125), p38 inhibitor (SB203580), or ERK inhibitor (U0126) for 3 h before the cells were incubated with CsMF6p/HDM (10 μg) and LPS (0.5 μg) for 12 h.
