The tree used the K80 substitution model, optimized invariable sites (I) and optimized across site rate variation (G), with 100 bootstrap replicates and the best of nearest neighbor and subtree pruning with 5 random starts. Numbers on branches show bootstrap support values. Only bootstrap supports above 0.75 are shown and monophyletic nodes are collapsed. The scale-bar indicates substitutions per site. ASVs in ‘Group A’ and ‘Group B’ were all isolated from Dermanyssus prognephilus in this study
