Hc-HRG-2 is a transmembrane protein targeted to the endoplasmic reticulum. a Western blot analysis of Hc-HRG-2, truncated Hc-HRG-2 and CD3δ-EGFP transiently expressed in HEK293T cells. The whole cell lysates of transfected cells were subjected to SDS-PAGE and Western blot using anti-mCherry or anti-GFP antibodies.
