Expression of TsEla at the surface of different T. spiralis stages by IFA with anti-rTsEla serum. Fluorescence staining was found at the cuticle of ML, 3–12 h IIL and NBL by using anti-rTsEla serum, but no immunostaining was found in the cuticle of 15–24 h IIL and 3 d AW.
