The impact of ciRS-7/miR-1270 axis on the expression of NF-κB signal downstream molecules of nos2 (a, c) and cxcl2 (b, d) in HCT-8 cells following C. parvum infection. HCT-8 cells were transfected with pcDNA3.1( +)-ciRS-7 plasmid or si-ciRS-7 (a, b) and transfected with miR-1270 mimics or inhibitor (c, d), followed by exposing to C. parvum infection for 24 h. The mRNA levels of nos2 (a, c) and cxcl2 (b, d) were detected by qRT-PCR. The data represent the mean ± SD for three independent experiments. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001
