Each extract was tested in triplicate at concentrations ranging from 15.6 to 500 μg/ml. DOBDCM at concentrations ranging from 31.3 to 500 μg/ml caused a 100% inhibition of purple formazan formation (which correlates with worm death). b Concentration-dependent inhibition of formazan formation after 120 h of incubation with D. oliveri extracts.
