Protein–protein interactions (PPI) of DEPs identified by iTRAQ between eIF-5A knockdown tachyzoites and RH tachyzoites. The PPIs of the DEPs were identified using the STRING database (version 11.0), and the PPI networks were generated by Cytoscape software. Proteins are indicated with nodes, and the interactions between proteins are represented by edges. Blue and red nodes indicate downregulated and upregulated proteins, respectively. The size of the node indicates the interactions of DEPs: more edges (large) and fewer edges (small). The color of the node also indicates the interactions of DEPs: more edges (dark) and fewer edges (light)
