Purification of recombinant proteins and detection of TBP and SNAP50 in T. cruzi protein extracts. a Purification of T. cruzi rTBP, rSNAP50, rTGP63 and rKMP11 recombinant proteins. All proteins were purified to homogeneity by Ni+2 affinity chromatography, electrophoresed on a 10 and 14% SDS-PAGE and visualized following Coomassie blue staining (RP in rTBP, RP in rSNAP50, rTGP63 and rKMP11). Bovine serum albumin was employed as control (BSA). rTBP and rSNAP50 proteins were also analysed by western blotting using anti-6×His antibody (lanes αHis in rTBP and rSNAP50).
