The tree was generated using the neighbor-joining algorithm and Jukes-Cantor distance model in Geneious version 2019.2 (Biomatters, available from https://www.geneious.com). The tree was midpoint rooted using FigTree v1.4.4 (available from https://github.com/rambaut/figtree/releases). Values at nodes represent support from 1,000 bootstrap replicates.
