From: Virome in adult Aedes albopictus captured during different seasons in Guangzhou City, China
The construction of a phylogenetic tree was based on the screening nucleotide sequence of HPeV from Ae. albopictus (MrBayes, GTR + G + I nucleotide substitution model). Twenty-five sequences belonging to different species within genus Parechovirus are included for comparison. One sequence belonging to genus Sapelovirus is set as outgroup.
