Triatoma brasiliensis mortality (%) at 120 h after a blood meal on outbred dogs treated (n = 4) and untreated (n = 4) with fluralaner (Bravecto®). Mortality was assessed before the treatment and once monthly for up to 12 months following treatment with a single oral dose of fluralaner. Fluralaner (Bravecto®) induced 100% T. brasiliensis mortality for up to 7 months after treatment. Asterisk indicates a significant difference (P < 0.05) in mortality between T. brasiliensis blood-fed on fluralaner-treated dogs and those blood-fed on control dogs
