The localization of TPD52 in MG-63 cells. Using T. spiralis cDNA as a template, the TPD52 gene was amplified by PCR and identified (a). The recombinant pET-32a-TPD52 plasmid was characterized by restriction digestion (ScaI and XbaI) (b). The purified fusion protein TPD52 was identified by western blotting using HRP-conjugated 6× His tag antibody (Lane 1) and mouse anti-T. spiralis antiserum as primary antibodies (Lane 2) (c). TPD52 in MG-63 cells were detected by laser confocal microscopy using mouse anti-TPD52 antiserum as the primary antibody. Scale bars: 20 µm (d)
