The numbers of L3 and fecal egg counts are displayed above each bar chart. The data are split based on site location (Chizé or Trois Fontaines), age (young or adult roe deer) and sex (F: females and M: males). In addition, samples from Chizé are subdivided according to the three different sectors: sector 1: “rich coppices;” sector 2: “medium coppices;” sector 3: “poor beech stand”
