For larvicide assays, each triplicate comprised 20 fourth-instar larvae and the experiments were repeated three times. For adult assays, each experimental or control group comprised 24 female 3- to 5-day-old mosquitoes. The experiments were conducted in triplicate and performed as three independent repeats
