Bioinformatic and phylogenetic analyses. a Phylogenetic relationship of Haemonchus contortus HcGOB (CRE-GOB-1) with other TPP6 from selected species. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using amino acid sequences of HcGOB and the TPP6 homologs from other nematode species, including Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma ceylanicum, Caenorhabditis elegans, Dictyocaulus viviparus, Haemonchus placei, Oesophagostomum dentatum, Necator americanus, Teladorsagia circumcincta and Toxocara canis. The tree was constructed using the neighbour-joining method in MEGA software. Bootstrap values above or below the branches are shown for robust clades. b Trehalose-phosphatase.
