The red color indicates localization of the target protein stained with Cy3, and the blue color indicates the localization of nuclei stained with DAPI. Merge indicates the merged image of DAPI and Cy3. a Targeted HcGOB protein localized in the tissues of female worms, b targeted HcGOB protein localized in the tissues of male worms.
