Influence of rHcGOB on PBMC proliferation. Cells were incubated with different concentrations of rHcGOB or with PBS (control) at 37 °C, and 5% CO2 for 72 h. The cell proliferation index was determined by setting the OD450 values of the control group as 100%. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM from three independent experiments, with three technical replicates per group. Asterisks indicate a significant difference at **P < 0.01 versus the control group
