In the histogram, the x-axis represents the sample, the y-axis represents the expression profile of the eigengene; the x-axis and y-axis in the scatter plot are the rich factor and KEGG pathways. Rich factor refers to the ratio of the number of genes located in the KEGG pathway and the total number of genes in the KEGG pathway. The larger the rich factor, the greater enrichment.
