Comparison of precision between the Mini-FLOTAC (M-FLOTAC [MF]), FECPAKG2 (FP) and sedimentation/flotation (sed/flo [SF]) procedures. Faeces from six horses (A-F) were examined 10 times with each of the methods. a Raw egg counts of 10 replicates were compared for each horse separately using a one-way ANOVA followed by Tuckey’s post hoc test comparing all methods pairwise. b Comparison of SD for the 5 replicates was performed using Bartlett’s test. If data in a and b for the same horse and different method are labelled with the same letter (a, b, c), they are not significantly different (P ≥ 0.05). c CVs were calculated for each horse and method.
