Transcription levels of apoptosis-associated genes induced by GRA3wh6. N2a cells were transfected with either pEGFP or pEGFP-GRA3Wh6 (GRA3Wh6) plasmid for a 24 h period. mRNA expressions of the associated apoptosis and ER stress genes were measured using RT-qPCR. The represented values were normalized and expressed relative to β-actin levels. GRP78 78-kDa glucose-regulated protein; CHOP, C/EBP homologous protein, PERK PKR-like ER kinase.
