The haplotype network was generated in PopArt using the TCS network. According to this analysis, haplotype I containing 40 B. henselae isolated from 10 different countries, including Spain, Malta, Brazil, Paraguay, Taiwan, Guatemala, Korea, Australia, Malaysia and Turkey, is the most prevalent haplotype. Haplotype II and III containing more than one Bartonella isolate from different countries are among the prevalent haplotypes.
