Phylogenetic relationships of cox1 haplotypes of Ctenocephalides canis and C. orientis from Uzbekistan. The phylogenetic tree used all 17 unique haplotypes from Ctenocephalides fleas from Uzbekistan (UZBK1-17) together with 90 unique haplotypes (h1-h90; [8]). The tree was inferred using Minimum Evolution (ME) and the Kimura-2 distances. Bootstrap support values (from 1000 replicates) are shown only for the major branches leading to Ctenocephalides spp. Branches leading to cox1 sequences from C. canis and C. orientis are color coded
