Maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree based on 16S rDNA partial sequence of Ixodes kashmiricus. The Ixodes trianguliceps, Ixodes uriae and Ixodes ovatus sequences were taken as an outgroup. The levels of bootstrap support (> 50%) for phylogenetic groupings are given at each node; the accession numbers are followed by the species name and location.
