Levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 secreted by spleen, MLN, PP and ILP from immunized mice at different times after vaccination. Concentrations of the two cytokines (IFN-γ and IL-4) were determined in supernatant after the spleen, MLN, PP and ILP cells were stimulated with 4 Î¼g of rTsgal at 37 Â°C and 5% CO2 for 72 h.
