Chikungunya virus, West Nile virus, Spondweni virus, Wesselsbron disease virus and yellow fever virus were reported in the Southwest Region; dengue virus was reported in the Centre, East, Littoral, North, Far North, South and West Regions; lymphatic filariasis was reported in the North and Far North Regions; Rift Vally fever virus was reported in the Eastern Region; and Zika virus was reported in the Central, Eastern, Littoral, Northern, Far North and Southwestern Regions.
